- Conducting penetration testing or vulnerability assessments without proper authorization
- Bypassing, disabling, or circumventing security measures, authentication mechanisms, or access controls
- Using the Services to facilitate hacking, cracking, or other unauthorized intrusion activities
3.2 Illegal Activities
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringing upon intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
- Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
- Facilitating money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crimes
- Violating export control laws or sanctions regulations
- Stalking, harassment, or threatening behavior toward any individual or organization
3.3 Harmful or Malicious Conduct

- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance, or availability of the Services or third-party systems
- Introducing anything that may damage, disable, or impair the Services
3.4 Misuse of the Platform
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code from the Services
- Removing, altering, or obscuring copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary rights notices
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services beyond authorized API usage
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse free trial offerings
- Reselling, sublicensing, or providing unauthorized access to the Services
- Benchmarking the Services for competitive purposes without prior written consent
- Using the Services to develop competing products or services

- Attempting to access another customer's account or data

- Excessive use that degrades performance for other customers
- Using the Services in a manner that generates excessive API calls or system load
- Attempting to circumvent usage limits or quotas
- Mining cryptocurrency or using the Services for computational purposes beyond their intended use
4. Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability in the NodeZro platform, we encourage responsible disclosure:
- Report the vulnerability to us at info@nodezro.com
- Provide sufficient detail to allow us to reproduce and address the issue
- Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it
- Do not access, modify, or delete data belonging to others
- Give us reasonable time to address the vulnerability before public disclosure
- Do not use social engineering, phishing, or physical attacks against our employees or infrastructure
We commit to acknowledging responsible disclosures promptly and working with security researchers to address valid vulnerabilities.
5. Authorized Scanning Scope
When using NodeZro's asset discovery capabilities, you must:
- Only scan domains, networks, and systems you own or have explicit written authorization to assess
- Maintain documentation of your authorization to scan third-party assets
- Respect robots.txt files and similar access control mechanisms
- Cease scanning immediately if requested by the asset owner
- Comply with applicable laws regarding network scanning in your jurisdiction
- Ensure scanning activities do not cause service disruption or excessive resource consumption
6. Third-Party Content and Links
The Services may provide access to third-party websites, resources, or content. You agree not to:
- Use the Services to collect, harvest, or scrape third-party content in violation of their terms of service
- Circumvent paywalls, authentication, or access controls on third-party sites
- Access third-party APIs through our Services in violation of their usage policies
7. Monitoring and Enforcement
7.1 Our Rights
NodeZro reserves the right to:
- Monitor use of the Services to ensure compliance with this AUP
